Remove Messages when explorer loading.

open run
type Regedit

Find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\shell

Double click the item shell
and remove the text after the explorer.exe will solve your problem.
